Krista Abraham

Pediatric Sleep Consultant

"As a mother of three little ones, including twins, I have firsthand knowledge of the challenges and sleep deprivation that can impact a family's well-being. When my twins were born, I faced the daunting task of managing their sleep alongside caring for my older child. It was during this time that I sought the assistance of a sleep consultant who helped me develop a customized plan to suit our unique needs and goals. This experience not only improved the sleep and mood of my little ones but also had a positive impact on our family's overall well-being. Drawing from this personal journey, I am dedicated to providing evidence-based sleep consulting and counseling services to help exhausted parents find solace and improve their family's sleep and overall quality of life."
